Fran Richter has been working in the Financial Planning field for over 24 years, and as an advisor since 2003. Her client philosophy consists of three components: comprehension, communication and compassion. With these tools she has been able to create strong ethical relationships with her clients, both professionally and personally. Fran is extremely proud of her recently created family practice, Richter Financial Partners.
Fran was born in Hartford, KY, not far from the tobacco farm where she grew up. She is one of eight siblings. She graduated from Purdue University in 1975. She pursued a career with HUD housing in the Chicago area until the birth of her two children, Zachary and Stella. She and her husband, Douglas, have been married 41 years. Today, Fran surrounds herself with the joy of her two grandchildren, Declan and Roslynn.
